Architectural Control Authority (ACA)

The Architectural Control Authority was established by the Developer in Article VI - Architectural Controls section of the Royal Pointe Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) dated Oct. 31, 2006.

Royal Pointe CCRs provide guidance on what improvements may be made to property within the community. No building, fence, wall, outbuilding, landscaping, pool, detached building, athletic or play equipment or facility, structure or improvement will be erected, altered, added onto or repaired upon any portion of any Lot without the prior written consent of the ACA.

There are many situations where ACA approval is NOT required. They are too detailed to list here but may be found in Section 6.1 of the CCRs.
